b. Voice Input If you choose to record voice notes: • Audio is used only to transcribe your speech into text. • Audio recordings are not stored by Orient Journal. • Transcription is performed to populate text for your journal entry.

c. App Usage Data Orient Journal does not collect personal analytics, behavioral tracking, or third-party advertising identifiers. We do not track: • Your identity • Your location • Your contacts • Your browsing activity

2. How We Use Information Information you enter into Orient Journal is used only to: • Display your journal entries on your device • Generate reflections and insights within the app • Improve your personal journaling experience Orient Journal does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. AI-Generated Insights Orient Journal uses artificial intelligence to generate reflections and insights based on your entries. • Insights are generated contextually from your own writing. • No personal data is used for advertising or profiling. • Insights are not shared with other users or external parties. AI features are designed to reflect patterns, not to provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

4. Data Storage & Security • Your data is stored locally on your device. • We do not operate a user database for journal content. • If you delete the app, your local data is removed. Because data is stored on your device, you are responsible for device-level security (such as passcodes or backups).

5. Sharing & Exporting If you choose to export or share content (for example, as text or PDF): • The content is shared only when you initiate the action • Orient Journal does not automatically send data anywhere • Any shared data is handled by the destination app or service you choose

6. Notifications If enabled, Orient Journal may send notifications such as: • Daily reminders to write • Notifications when new insights are available You can control notification permissions at any time through your device settings.

7. Children’s Privacy Orient Journal is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Choices You can: • Write as much or as little as you want • Use text or voice input • Reset or delete your data from within the app • Disable notifications through device settings Because Orient Journal does not require accounts, there is no personal profile to manage or delete.
